About the Role:

As an Associate, you will play a critical role in building relationships with experts and persuading them to speak to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with experts who possess the knowledge and expertise required by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Build and maintain relationships with experts to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  3. Negotiate the terms of each meeting between our clients and the experts you identify.
  4. Continuously develop and strengthen relationships with experts to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Native fluency in Japanese and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong academic credentials or a proven background in a customer-focused role.
  • Excellent negotiation and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
