About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Japanese team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in building relationships with experts and persuading them to speak to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with experts who can provide valuable insights to our clients.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your exceptional communication skills to negotiate the terms of each meeting. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver high-quality results will be essential to your success in this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be a strong communicator, able to work effectively with clients and experts from diverse backgrounds. You will also need to be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
