Job Summary

As a Key Account Manager at 1215 GlaxoSmithKline (China) Investment Co Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the designated region. Your primary goal will be to achieve company targets through professional visits and academic discussions, while also fostering a healthy working relationship with local hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct professional visits and academic discussions with key clients in the designated region, ensuring that company targets are met.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
  4. Collect and analyze client data, providing regular reports to management.
  5. Participate in business meetings and team-building activities, sharing expertise and market insights to drive team success.
  6. Implement SFA projects, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  7. Develop and execute business plans for the designated region, working closely with management to achieve company goals.
  8. Communicate key academic information and policy to decision-makers.
  9. Ensure all activities are in line with company policies and quality standards.
  10. Meet all requirements and complete tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or biology.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and business planning skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software such as Word and Excel.
  • Basic English language skills.
  • A strong sense of initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Integrity and a patient-centered approach.
  • Influence and leadership skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
