Automotive Systems Development Engineer

Job Overview
As a key member of the Continental team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing automotive systems that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing customer requirements on vehicle level, working closely with customers and function developers to ensure seamless integration.
- Creation of function test plans and specifications on vehicle level is also an essential part of this role, requiring strong technical expertise.
- Execution of function tests and tuning of ESC control functions on vehicle level demands meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of system functionality.
- Evaluation of vehicle performance relating to EBS functions after function application is critical, ensuring that all aspects of system performance are optimized.
- Operational supervision of projects on Functions level requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and direct product development and project teams effectively.
- Reporting progress and status of projects internally and externally is a crucial aspect of this role, necessitating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- A Master's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering or Automation is required, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar areas.
- Indirect leadership experience of at least one year is also necessary, as well as a proven track record of working in international teams.
Compensation Package
