About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Corning. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation business and system project-related requirements collection, analysis, review, and prioritization with functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver required capabilities.
  • Manage projects/programs and initiatives, working with IT/external suppliers to enhance supply chain analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business users and internal IT teams to improve processes, implement new business functionality, and align ecosystems.
  • Develop and leverage corporate and regional capabilities, initiatives, and expertise to drive supply chain analytics and business intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, or IT, or Master's in Statistics, Data Science, Business, or Supply Chain Management/Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of analytics and data analysis experience.
  • Project management experience, with PM certification or CPIM certification a plus.

  • Strategic thinking, digital knowledge, and communication skills to align digital transformation initiatives with business goals.
  • Experience with digital technologies, such as cloud computing, AI, machine learning, GenAI, data analytics, and IoT.
  • Ability to innovate and think creatively to overcome challenges and drive transformation.
  • Global work experience, working across regions, cultures, and virtual teams.

Soft Skills:

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Ability to work under high time pressure.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing business environments and technology landscapes.
