Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital and New Business PMO Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Digital and New Solutions (DNS) directorate, you'll be responsible for managing key initiatives and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the DNS director and manage key initiatives to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Act as PMO to lead planning, charter development, and governance for DNS team strategic initiatives across medicine, medical devices, and digital solutions.
  • Establish a robust innovative project management mechanism to lead launch preparation and launch readiness tracking for digital consultancy pilots, track planning and execution progress of the portfolio sales scale-up in the private sector, and orchestrate cross-layer change management teams to identify transformation barriers, drive problem-solving collaboration, and explore new opportunities with tangible outcomes.
  • Participate in the concept design and testing of innovative digital and new business models to achieve business goals for strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate across DNS strategic initiatives with project leads, evaluate risks and interdependencies across projects, and identify synergistic opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support DNS product planning and business decision-making.
  • Build business know-how and knowledge base generated from strategic initiatives to articulate and replicate within the business unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above (MBA preferred). Specialization in Medical/Pharmaceutics/Business preferred.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting for the healthcare/medical devices/digital health industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage a variety of technical platforms for collection, review, and dissemination of projects.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and diligent with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals from a variety of disciplines at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
  • Fluent Chinese and English.
