Your Role

As a Digital and New Business PMO Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our digital and new business initiatives. You will be responsible for managing key initiatives, leading planning and charter development, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the launch preparation and launch readiness tracking for digital consultancy pilots
  • Track the planning and execution progress of the portfolio sales scale-up in private sector
  • Orchestrate cross-layer change management teams to identify transformation barriers and drive problem-solving collaboration
  • Participate in the concept design and testing of innovative digital and new business models
  • Coordinate across DNB strategic initiatives with project leads and evaluate risks and interdependencies
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support DNB product planning and business decision-making
  • Build business know-hows and knowledge base generated from strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above (MBA preferred)
  • More than 5 years of professional experience including at least 2 years in mgmt. consulting for healthcare/medical devices/digital health industry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage technical platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals from various disciplines
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient
  • Fluent Chinese and English
