Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Account Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and transformation for our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in an industry such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Energy, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience. Alternatively, you may have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree in Business Administration with 4+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with customers and use Microsoft sales strategies to establish alignment and secure buy-in and execution.
  • Proactively develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business and technology needs and priorities for each assigned account.
  • Support business transformation through technology for assigned accounts in multiple business units to drive business outcomes and create business value for customers.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in an industry driving digital transformation or other relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or Master's Degree in Business Administration.
  • Strong sales acumen, consultative engagement, and leadership skills.
