About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our China Digital team in driving digital transformation and innovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our digital offerings and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence over multi-million dollar digital budgets to drive incremental revenue growth
  • Develop and deploy digital transformation initiatives across retail banking and wealth management products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric digital experiences
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage hand-off points between different parties and ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering digital transformation with tangible outcomes in the financial services industry or other organizations
  • Strong understanding of digital financial companies and their business models
  • China market experience, preferably including other Asian or global markets
  • Experience with User Led Design, prototyping, and working in Agile environments
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various business lines and units
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English, with a flexible approach to work and working hours
