Supply Chain Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive China-based sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces by introducing Supply Chain by Amazon (SCA) solutions. This includes Amazon Warehouse Distribution (AWD) product, among others.

The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships with customers, delivering results, and providing primary post-sales general and/or product support to third-party sellers. They will manage relationships with key accounts, learn from customers to maximize these relationships, and improve Amazon products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting sellers to adopt SCA program(e.g. AWD) and driving their unit commitment of AWD product, providing seller consultancy on supply chain and delighting our WW end user
  • Following working processes, improving productivity and efficiency by inventing and simplifying
  • Conducting deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and providing the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement
  • Helping generate high-quality Seller insights and making influence on product teams and key stakeholders to make Seller's life easier
  • Helping leaders identify key business opportunities for the territory and executing toward a growth plan
  • Helping provide account management best practices and consolidating SOPs into the business development framework

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of our Shenzhen office.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 3+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, startups, or SaaS Platforms
  • Experience in sales channel development(online, offline) esp. for logistic service
