Job Summary

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Engineer, Hardware Design to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing new electrical systems and circuits for various applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions in multiple domains.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers.
  • Review, interpret, and negotiate customer requirements and specifications.
  • Deploy strategic programs and coordinate site-wide deployment efforts.
  • Proactively promote industry best practices.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and partners.
  • Design, modify, and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs.
  • Test, simulate, and measure the performance of systems.
  • Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations.
  • Solve complex problems.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.
  • Analyze and interpret data and information.
  • Recommend modifications for systems.
  • Create reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
