Job Summary

The Senior Engineering Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.



Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and schedule project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with global engineering teams to assess and translate customer requirements into project specifications and designs.
  • Oversee product blueprint design and ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections throughout all stages of the project to ensure high-quality deliverables and budget adherence.
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain project documentation, including specification, design, permits, budgetary documents, and other relevant materials.
  • Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by superiors.
  • Collaborate with the HSE department to minimize environmental impacts and promote a safe working environment.
  • Comply with corporate and company policies, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the petroleum or chemical industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project software.
  • Knowledge of PSM (Process Safety Management) and equipment safety systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
