We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Executive to join our team at GroupM Nexus. As a Performance Executive, you will be responsible for driving performance and innovation at scale for our agencies and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Hands-on operation and optimization on performance campaigns across Feeds, short-video and mobile in all kinds buying methodologies.
- Be involved in performance planning, data analytics, insight learning and post-buy reports of performance campaigns.
- Work with social vendors, 3rd party tracking/data companies and other external stakeholders to ensure the success of performance campaigns.
- Purpose performance marketing plans and business initiatives to agencies/clients from a strategy perspective.
- Mentoring and training members of performance operation team.
- Bachelors or higher degree in business, marketing, advertising, communication or a related field.
- Has a good working ethics as well as professional integrity, and be passionate towards digital/performance industry.
- 3-5 years professional experience in operation.
- Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft suites: Excel, Powerpoint and etc.
- Fluency in speaking and writing English is a plus.
