About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Evonik. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers to build strong relationships.
  • Manage and execute sales plans, including order follow-up and internal resource coordination.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and provide market feedback.
  • Report sales performance and market trends to regional sales managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the animal nutrition industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong team player with ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Prior experience in animal gut health or related solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Chinese market and customer resources is a plus.
