Language Learning Experience Designer

The Senior Learning Experience Designer will play a critical role in creating the end-to-end learning process for high-quality language learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect/Develop requirements for new learning solutions;
- Create and Review learning materials and knowledge assessments across various internal platforms;
- Use available data to evaluate the project results and suggest ways of improving them;
- Hire, train and manage freelance writers and editors;
- Collaborate effectively as part of a cross-functional project team to meet project objectives;
- Coordinate cross-functional communication of on-going project needs and development progress;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new tools and tech within the language learning and wider educational eco-system;
- Work independently to achieve project goals and meet challenging deadlines.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Linguistics;
- Experience in EFL/ELT materials development, preferably for online learners;
- Experience working in editorial project and people management;
- Demonstrated familiarity with language standards and frameworks (e.g. CEFR);
- Digital media skills and ability to work in a technological setting;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines;
- Proven interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication;
- Strong written communication skills applied to learning materials development;
- A desire to innovate in the area of education.
