Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Direct and manage production teams to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain lean management practices to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 9000 quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in assembly and quality control.
  • Lean management experience and practice.
  • Self-driven and result-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English communication.
