Job Summary:

The Ophthalmic Medical Advisor will serve as a strategic link between our company and medical experts in the field of ophthalmology. This role will involve supporting the development and appropriate use of our products and therapies through evidence generation and scientific exchange.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and medical experts to expand scientific partnership opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze insights that may impact our company's development plans and trial designs.
  • Develop and present scientific presentations to customers, congresses, and training events.
  • Liaise with healthcare associations to ensure evidence-based understanding of our products.
  • Act as an interface between medical experts and our company to provide medical support on device-related issues.
Requirements:
  • MD/OD/PhD/PharmD/Advanced Degree in Ophthalmology or Optometry.
  • Fluency in English essential, knowledge of other international area languages preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ophthalmology or optometry field, with at least 2 years in the ophthalmic industry or clinical practice.
  • Experience in a HCP-facing role, working knowledge of the Healthcare System and research procedures.
