Job Summary
Logitech is seeking a skilled Cost Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain standard costs and perform variance analysis on a daily and quarterly basis.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory physical counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including inventory reconciliation, job variance, and PPV analysis.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Prepare audit and SOX documents as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in costing and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
