Ecommerce Manager for Gucci JD

This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. As our Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for leading the e-commerce sales growth throughout China and achieving revenue and profit targets on JD store and ensuring the best level of online customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to define the online selling platform strategy.
  • Drive the sales and marketing plan and strategy while meeting turnover and profit targets on JD and other online selling platforms.
  • Lead and manage online discount principles and ensure each platform runs under control.
  • Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure successful integration and resource management.
  • Partner with the offline operation team to ensure that online selling channels create opportunities and traffic to the offline business.
  • Update the e-commerce platform look and feel and layout as per brand image.
  • Manage user interface maintenance, site look and feel, and display according to sales and marketing targets.
  • Present performance reviews to senior management and push the business forward with entrepreneurial solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.

Requirements

  • Must have working experience in JD or TMALL flagship store operating for 4 years + (Experience in operating JD beauty flagship store is preferred).
  • Data-driven planning and being able to balance between sales and profit.
  • B2C distribution and retail dealer management experience is a must.
  • Preferred beauty background to ensure the candidate understands the consumer-centered spirit and delivers brand image while remaining operational excellence.
  • Being able to handle conflict or challenge with good internal personal skills.
  • Quick learning, strong pressure resistance.
  • Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels.
  • Good English capability.
  • Strong beauty sense and luxury taste.
