Your Role and Responsibilities

  1. Play a key role in e-commerce account and distributor management. Be in charge of managing sell-in, sell-out, offtake, and inventory; managing P&I planning, reimbursement, tracking, and review; manage trade terms, contract, and document for business.
  2. Drive offtake development and business growth by accessing the landscape, identifying business opportunities & ideas to deliver the overall business objective, demand forecast, sales plan, execution, and review. Data mining and consumer understanding involve dealing with business data on different platforms to identify business trends.
  3. Sales target/EVI achievement and KPI set up/promotions activities plans for JD Channel according to company strategy.
  4. Set up CRM goals and implementation structures. Work closely with paid media team members. Supervise internal teams and customers to implement strategies. By doing this, acquire new customers and awaken regular users with strong strategic insights in a systematical method.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3+ years working experience in managing online retail channels and stores (Managing JD business & FMCG industry experiences are a MUST).
  • Strong ownership on resulting driving and strong capability on planning, engaging, execution, and tracking.
  • Effective working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong ability in building trust and influencing both internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodologies, etc.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
