About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assembly Line Technician to join our team at Aptiv. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of our advanced safety systems, high-performance electrification solutions, and data connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with AME engineers to design and develop manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Conduct work study and time studies to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Design and implement manufacturing systems and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Identify and resolve production site issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the quality department to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Continuously improve manufacturing processes and systems to achieve excellence.
Requirements
  • College degree or above in mechanical electronics or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial engineering, manufacturing systems design, and process optimization.
  • Excellent English communication skills and computer application skills.
  • At least 3 years' work experience in joint-venture or wholly owned enterprise.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent professionalism and teamwork spirit.
