The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seeking a highly skilled Investment Officer to join its Water and Health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, design, preparation, and implementation of projects/programs that will help meet the rapid growth demands of the water sector.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in the water sector
- Develop and implement project proposals and business plans
- Collaborate with clients, co-financiers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with AIIB's strategic priorities
- Manage and oversee the implementation of projects, including procurement and contract administration
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients and other stakeholders
- Master's degree in a technical field relevant to water, such as water supply and sanitation, water resources management, or wastewater management
- At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience in the water sector
- Proven experience in project management, including procurement and contract administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
