About the Role

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank that finances infrastructure projects in Asia and beyond. We are seeking an experienced Investment Officer to join our Project and Corporate Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and execute investment projects in the infrastructure sector;
  • Identify and assess investment opportunities and maintain a strong project pipeline;
  • Lead project teams to conduct due diligence on investment proposals;
  • Conduct research on projects and clients;
  • Arrange and prepare client meetings;
  • Support internal Bank coordination and teamwork;
  • Manage key internal stakeholders and the AIIB project approval process;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by department management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in corporate/project finance;
  • Experience in structuring comprehensive solutions across financial products;
  • Financial, analytical, and modeling skills;
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities;
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, or related fields.
