Strategic Planning and Membership Officer

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank dedicated to financing infrastructure projects in Asia and beyond, with a strong focus on sustainability.
As a Strategic Planning and Membership Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the governance procedures of the Board of Governors and engaging with shareholders and prospective members. Your responsibilities will include administering and executing relevant rules and procedures, managing accession processes, planning official sessions, and facilitating member engagement.
You will also be responsible for advising AIIB management on issues impacting shareholder engagement, undertaking analysis and research on relevant topics, and developing briefing materials and reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to establish optimal approaches for engagement with shareholders and members, assess the effectiveness of analytical outputs, and monitor geopolitical developments.
This position requires a strong understanding of governance procedures, strategic engagement, diplomacy, and event management. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment and thrive under pressure. A master's degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of experience in related fields are required, preferably in international organizations or diplomatic organizations.
A competitive salary range for this position is approximately $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The AIIB offers a diverse and innovative work environment, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
