As a key member of the Human Resources Department, you will play a critical role in coordinating high-level HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with the HR strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with HR leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with leaders within the department to ensure alignment with timelines and overall organizational objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, conferences, and other official engagements involving the HR leadership.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate internal meetings for the HR department, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Coordinate team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance team dynamics and promote effective communication and information sharing among staff.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards within the HR department.
- Assist in the planning and execution of change management initiatives within the HR department.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Director General's office.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in human resources management or related fields.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
- Understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment framework in the development, public, or private sector.
- Master's degree or higher in international law, human resources, organizational studies, psychology, or other relevant fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
