About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Manager to join our team at Belkin International. As a key member of our global digital content team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process and ensuring that our brand's messaging and visual identity are consistently executed across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with our brand's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of designers and artists to create high-quality visual content for our e-commerce platforms, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our creative output meets business needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital design and advertising, and apply this knowledge to drive creative excellence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work.
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers and artists.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Strong understanding of current trends and innovations in digital design and advertising, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive creative excellence.
