Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct analytical evaluations to support the assessment of product stability.

You will be accountable for executing instrumental sample testing and analysis related to product stability, utilizing algorithmic support. It is essential to maintain a high level of accuracy in testing results. You will also handle documentation tasks, including analytical methodologies, operational procedures, and other pertinent technical documents.

  1. Perform testing on raw materials and general physical and chemical properties.
  2. Innovate and develop testing methodologies.

You will play a crucial role in creating new testing technologies and methodologies that align with the requirements of IIM and prototyping projects. This includes gathering information and establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and external institutes.

  1. Ensure equipment upkeep and laboratory safety.

You will be responsible for the routine maintenance of stability testing equipment, including internal upkeep and chemical management. Additionally, you will oversee the safety of laboratory facilities and, when necessary, communicate essential measures to your supervisor. This role includes managing maintenance, occupational health, safety, and personal protective measures in collaboration with your supervisor.

  1. Continuous Knowledge Development.

Stay informed about regulatory changes and limitations in testing technology. Monitor trends in the cosmetics industry and proactively enhance your professional knowledge through regular literature reviews, database research, and participation in industry conferences and seminars in coordination with your supervisor.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of a Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in the personal care, pharmaceutical, or food industries focusing on physical and chemical analysis. Experience in the cosmetics sector is preferred.

2. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as polymer science, physics, or chemistry.

3. Practical experience with laboratory physical and chemical instruments, such as rheometers, is advantageous.

4. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, along with a conscientious and responsible work ethic.

5. Proficiency in written and spoken English.

6. A collaborative team player with a passion for innovation.

7. Competent in MS Office software.
