Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Quality Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Quality team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating global quality projects to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate global quality projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Work closely with project sponsors, business owners, and stakeholders to collect facts, quality problems, and concerns, and conduct data analysis to drive problem-solving processes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Identify opportunities to drive ETE manufacturing QA process excellence across global sites.
  • Align and track project deliverables, report on progress, and present to stakeholders using appropriate tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in project management and management consulting.
  • Good project management skills with knowledge of quality management principles.
  • Excellent facilitation, relationship building, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills on change management and business transformation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort and confidence in interacting with and presenting to all levels in an organization.
  • Ability to influence effectively without authority.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, make decisions with limited information, and act expediently.
  • Proficient verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Global vision and mindset preferable.
  • Background in manufacturing quality management or project management is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in project or quality management related.
  • Project Management Professional holders preferable.
