Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise customers
  • Drive revenue growth and retention through proactive customer outreach and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct customer business reviews and success planning to drive adoption and expansion of our services
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing strategic recommendations and guidance
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success, customer engagement, or account management
  • Proven track record of establishing and growing broad and deep relationships within customer accounts
  • Strong understanding of customer life cycle management and ability to drive customer adoption and value realization
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
  • Fluency in English and experience working in an English-speaking environment
