We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at goFLUENT. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges, and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
- Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert, providing tailored solutions and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our training platform.
- Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Be a growth driver, identifying upsell opportunities and developing strategic plans to expand our client relationships and increase revenue.
- Collect feedback and analyze the learners' experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution, ensuring that our training platform meets the evolving needs of our clients and their learners.
- Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B company, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Advanced level of English to collaborate with colleagues worldwide, with a strong understanding of business terminology and concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
