Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product and stay up-to-date on new features and releases
  • Use your expertise to identify and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
  • Build strong relationships with our customers through exceptional support and service
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate customers on our products and new features
  • Collect and document customer feedback and product ideas to inform our product roadmap
  • Host executive business reviews to share customer success stories and industry insights
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, product management, or mobile analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple accounts across diverse industries
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • A fast learner with a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community

  • Technical background in SDKs, APIs, SQL, and mobile app analytics
  • Product management sense and familiarity
  • Extensive knowledge of the gaming industry and customer relationships
