Job Title: Associate Director, Customer Success

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Customer Success to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions and services
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Monitor and analyze client performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
