Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our Customer Success team in cloud partnerships. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CSAM team to develop and execute strategies for customer success, including account planning, consumption and delivery execution, and technical skilling.
  • Act as a strong advocate for Unified customer success contract vs. customer support contract throughout daily customer engagement.
  • Drive customer experience improvement and sustainable business growth through proactive service and value-add oriented role in account engagements.
  • Cultivate transformational approaches in aligning growth goals, opportunities, and industry strategies enabling organizational and area portfolio and program planning excellence for the largest, most complex, strategic customers.
  • Manage and coach CSAM IC members, provide regular on-job coaching, and foster a culture of inclusion and empowerment within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field AND 8+ years solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field AND 6+ years solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong business knowledge of mainstream cloud customer industries, e.g., gaming, short video, e-comm, retail, high-tech, auto, etc.
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with mainstream internet technology stack, OSS, etc.
  • Proven record and experience as a key role in the landing of large/complex cloud projects.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
