Customer Success Manager - APAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in China. GeoEdge is the absolute market leader in the APAC region and we are looking for a star that will help bring our relations with our customers and partners to the next level.

As part of your mission, you will oversee all Account Management initiatives in the following APAC regions: China, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Australia. You will build strong customer relationships, understand business objectives, and provide strategic guidance to achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AdTech space and be able to translate customer needs into actionable items and plans for our internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, resolve issues, and identify upselling and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve customer growth and retention goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive product adoption and upselling opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs to internal stakeholders to drive product development and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and deliver training and education programs to customers and internal stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role in the AdTech space.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
  • Strong understanding of the AdTech space and ability to translate customer needs into actionable items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
