About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at goFLUENT. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges, and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
  • Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert, providing training and support to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collect feedback and analyze the learners' experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
  • Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B company, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with excellent follow-up to meet customer expectations.
  • Advanced level of English to collaborate with colleagues worldwide.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
