Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and develop actionable insights.
