Job Description

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to achieve their business objectives

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Strong business acumen and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
