Job Description:

This is a senior electronics specialist position available at Eltra Beijing Outuo Technology Co., Ltd. where we manufacture high-quality electronic products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting repairable units from customers, recording and reporting any discrepancies found.
In addition to this, the engineer will be required to perform tests, repairs, overhauls and modifications on these units in a safe working environment.
Quality control and timely completion of tasks are key aspects of this role as well as maintaining accurate records and updating ERP data correctly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate should also have experience with tool and equipment management, technical communication with OEMs and monitoring workshop conditions such as temperature, humidity and ESD levels.
Furthermore, they should be able to provide technical support to customer service, quality and finance departments and assist in developing new capabilities within the company.
Additionally, the specialist will be expected to plan and manage material inventory effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimal costs.
Lastly, they will be responsible for generating monthly reports to OEMs and assisting in internal audits and summarizing production processes.

This role requires the ability to identify potential compliance risks and act with integrity in order to maintain our company's reputation and contribute to its growth.

Key Responsibilities
