About the Role

Eastman is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process safety management programs to improve site safety performance.
  • Collect and classify equipment documents, conduct gap analysis, and support engineers in closing gaps.
  • Manage process and technical information related to equipment to meet process safety requirements.
  • Develop turnaround plans, annual maintenance plans, and ITPM plans, and follow up on implementation and summarize performance.
  • Collect and sort data from equipment inspection and maintenance records, establishing and perfecting equipment lists and maintenance histories.
  • Organize failure analysis (RCA) and assist engineers in equipment maintenance.
  • Assist engineers in establishing procedures and training for relevant personnel.
  • Assist project managers and engineers in managing project documents and materials.
  • Assist engineers in inventory management of equipment spare parts.
Requirements
  • College degree or above, major in chemical process equipment, machinery, or mechatronics.
  • More than 3 years of management experience in production equipment.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Office, ERP, SAP, and CAD.
  • Fluent English is preferred.
  • Familiarity with equipment reliability analysis tools is preferred.
  • Good management and communication skills.
