Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Professional to join our team as a Reliability Engineer. In this role, you will be a key member of our Quality team, responsible for creating and implementing World Class Quality processes for flow meters to deliver a Best-in-Class experience for our customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Determine the nature and scope of assigned projects, as well as budget and schedule parameters, and delegate assignments when appropriate.
  • Ensure timely and effective coordination with other disciplines involved in the project.
  • Schedule and attend project meetings to communicate any issues/concerns relating to product quality.
  • Develop and document Reliability Test Plans, Quality Criteria, and Test Results for new products with input from the design team.
  • Perform failure analysis as needed.
  • Investigate product failure modes and causes and communicate findings to the engineering and operations organizations.
  • Participate in DFMEA and FMEA to identify Critical Design Characteristics (CDCs) on new and existing products.
  • Participate in the Stage Gate review process for new and existing products and prepare presentations when appropriate.
  • Direct and oversee the activities of test technicians as appropriate.
  • Take other job assignments allocated by leaders.

Who You Are:

You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality and reliability. You have a strong ability to devise new approaches and solutions to problems identified and to modify and extend theories and practices within the field.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Three+ years of engineering experience, where a good working knowledge of Quality and Reliability has been obtained.
  • Bachelors degree or above in engineering or equivalent.
  • Qualification as Auditor in ISO system is preferred.
  • Strong ability in math, computer, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Fluent written and oral communications skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
