Job Summary
The Head Host is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel. This includes ensuring the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Desk team and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze front office operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
