About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elevator Service Supervisor to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator services, including maintenance, repairs, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of elevator technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase customer engagement
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and components
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
