We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer experience efforts in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative customer experiences that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Responsible for experience design through service design methodologies, including customer journey design, touchpoints, and interaction platform setting.
- Lead the team in designing products and services that drive digital transformation projects and optimize customer experience.
- Collaborate with other teams to launch customer-facing products and services, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Responsible for experience and product optimization after launch, closely tracking and analyzing customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in product design or related disciplines.
- 7-10 year experience in customer experience management or product management, with a strong track record of delivering customer-focused results.
- Prior experience in customer experience, service design, and journey management in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Fluent in English and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
