Voith Turbo is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager Truck to drive business growth and expand its market presence.

Daily Work:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial vehicle market, leveraging market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  • Sell customized solutions to meet customer needs, including product and service offerings, and negotiate contracts to secure business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise, and drive business growth through consultative sales approaches.
  • Manage sales performance and budget, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support project managers in collecting customer payments and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of commercial vehicle components, including chassis, powertrain, and electrical systems.
  • Work closely with the business unit to drive business growth and develop effective customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field in the commercial vehicle industry.
  • Familiarity with commercial vehicle components, including chassis, powertrain, and electrical systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as mechanics or a related discipline.
  • Proficient written and spoken English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
