Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement preventive quality planning and execution strategies for purchased parts and materials.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding quality-related matters.
- Represent quality aspects in sourcing decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Focus on future thermal management in battery electric vehicle cars, eCompressor, and other key projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with knowledge of TS16949/VDA standards.
- Strong quality experience and technical background, with good English written and oral communication skills.
- Frequent domestic business trips required.
- Teamwork spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
