Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Nike. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current styles, trends, and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining store displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting merchandise.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
