Job Summary
As a key member of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation team, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Department to achieve business objectives. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, working closely with other departments to maximize revenue, and providing exceptional leadership to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to drive sales growth
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales
- Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
