Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve individual targets set by subregional sales managers
  2. Conduct 30 sales calls per week
  3. Meet agreed gross profit based on regional targets
  4. Update and maintain the sales pipeline and CRM system
  5. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  6. Manage clients and ensure agreed DSO/overdue levels are under control
  7. Coordinate business issues with stakeholders
  8. Ensure TWNS system is updated according to TWNS SOP
  9. Create sales leads for overseas
  10. Align with KAM/RDM and PM on respective strategies
  11. Visit customers frequently to ensure positive market visibility
  12. Know clients, their industries, market potentials, and competitors
  13. Provide quotations and business solution support
  14. 'Own' customers and maintain/strengthen customer relationships

Requirements:

  1. Travel frequently within Anhui and Nanjing regions
  2. Fluent business Chinese and good English knowledge required
  3. Advanced experience in Microsoft Office
  4. Strong writing and oral communication skills
  5. Analytical skills to solve complex problems
  6. Minimum 5+ years of relevant working experience in the industry
  7. College degree required
