HR Generalist and Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of iRobot and its HR processes.
- Provide support in career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, and recognition.
- Work with HR Business Partners to continuously improve, update, and maintain HR tools and processes.
- Complete exit interviews and ensure compliance to employment records.
- Support all strategic initiatives & projects in the department while ensuring HR processes and procedures are consistently communicated and administered.
- Conduct and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates with speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Maintain Workday, our HR system of record, and ensure accurate and timely updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environments.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Strong partnership with HR teams (TA, Comp, Learning, etc.) to drive support of overall people goals.
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and develop others, with self-motivation, proactivity, and ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
- Solid attention to detail to ensure compliance to employment records, with solid knowledge of local labor/immigration legislation and practices.
- HRIS, timekeeping, and/or related enterprise software experience (Workday preferred).
- HR agency coordination experience, including work permit application, social insurance, and housing fund administration, supplemental benefits assistance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and teamwork, ability to multitask and prioritize workload on a daily basis.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including the ability to interpret data.
- Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and verbal) is required.
- Ability to travel and work in different time zones, with travel frequency of 25%.
