Job Title: Customer Quality Engineer

At MAHLE, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer claims and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on quality processes and procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in quality assurance or management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including ERP, CAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
